    Within 24 hours of inspection completion, you will receive a payment via paypal for the determined value of the buyback or a store credit to use towards your next purchase. The choice is yours.

Grading for Broken Screens

We will test and pay you for your broken screen shipments based on the following grading criteria:

iPhone/iPad Broken Screens

Grade A

Fully functional OEM display without any shadows, lines, dead pixels, or screen burns

Grade B

Fully functional OEM Display with ONE of the following defects:

  • up to 3 dead pixels (less than 2mm in size)
  • minor back light marks or pressure marks on the edges of the screen
  • light burn-in/shadow marks on a white, blue or gray background

(If more than one of the above issues are found, the screen will be deemed as Grade D)

Grade C

Fully functional OEM Display with medium burn-in/shadow marks on a white, blue or gray background

Samsung Broken Screens

Grade A

Fully functional OEM display without any shadows, lines, dead pixels, or screen burns.

Grade B

Light burn-in or shadows visible in blue background

Grade C

Medium burn-in or shadows visible in blue and white background
