Processing Time

Once we receive your return, rest assured your account will be credited quickly. Your return will be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt. Your account will be credited for the return amount. If a replacement is requested, we will ship it to you without charging a re-shipping fee via FedEx Ground or UPS Standard.

Installed Parts

Ever had a customer come back after you installed a part complaining that it’s not working? Were you worried about returning a used part? Well, we realize that as a parts supplier we need to be realistic. That is why we accept returns for defective parts that may have signs of usage as long as there is no physical damage.

No Restocking Fees

Regardless of the type of return, we will not charge you any restocking fees.

We constantly invest heavily into raising quality standards for the repair industry.

Some of our initiatives include international and domestic testing processes. With operating locations overseas and domestically we use these locations to physically inspect and test the majority of the parts that we sell. The physical inspections are based on North American / OEM standards. Yet, dealing with delicate electronic components, defects are inevitable. We recognize that the return process should be a simple process so you can get your repairs and products out the door as soon as possible. With this in mind, we have set out a generous warranty policy to add value to those clients who wish to partner with us.

Send us back the goods and we will credit your account quickly. With our “Request a Return” portal you will be able to see exact dollar amounts and up to the minute status details of your return. We believe in 100% transparency and clear communication and we will not stop until you are satisfied.

Warranty Policy

Return Authorizations will be issued under the following categories:

Buyer’s Remorse for Replacement Parts and Batteries

If the product purchased is non-defective but returned for any reason, the customer may do so under the following conditions:

  • If the return is received by Nexus Cellular 0-30 days from the purchase date, the customer will be given store credit for the full value of the purchase price.
  • All products returned for buyer’s remorse must be in the original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days if the product is non-defective.

Buyer’s Remorse for Devices, Tools, and Accessories

We apologize, but we do not accept returns of non-defective Devices, Tools and Accessories.

Defective Products for Replacement Parts

Nexus Cellular offers a lifetime warranty for all Replacement Parts. Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that would prevent them from performing to published product specifications and does not include breakage or incidental damages.

Store credit will be applied for the following defective product return scenario’s:

  • If a defective product return is received by Nexus Cellular 0-30 days from the date of purchase, the customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price.
  • If a defective product return is received by Nexus Cellular 31 days or more from the date of purchase, the customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price or the current selling price, whichever is less.

Warranty for LCD/OLED Breakage

Our LCD/OLED Breakage Warranty is exclusively available for select screens as indicated on the product listing and display pages. If the LCD/OLED is damaged while the glass remains intact, we provide full warranty coverage.

Defective Products for Batteries

Nexus Cellular offers a 1-year warranty for Batteries. Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that would prevent them from performing to published product specifications and does not include breakage or incidental damages.

Store credit will be applied for the following defective product return scenario’s:

  • If a defective product return is received by Nexus Cellular 0-30 days from the date of purchase, the customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price.
  • If a defective product return is received by Nexus Cellular 31 days or more from the date of purchase, the customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price or the current selling price, whichever is less.

Defective Products for Tools and Accessories

Nexus Cellular offers a 90-day Warranty for Tools and Accessories. Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that would prevent them from performing to published product specifications and does not include breakage or incidental damages.

Store credit will be applied for the following defective product return scenario’s:

  • If a defective product return is received by Nexus Cellular 0-30 days from the date of purchase, the customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price.
  • If a defective product return is received by Nexus Cellular 31-90 days from the date of purchase, the customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price or the current selling price, whichever is less.

Defective Products for Devices

Nexus Cellular extends a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship that would prevent them from performing to published product specifications and does not include breakage or incidental damages.

Store credit will be applied for the following defective product return scenario:

  • If a defective product return is received by Nexus Cellular 0-60 days from the date of purchase, the customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price or the current selling price, whichever is less.

Damaged Products and Wrong Sale Returns

Damaged product returns are for products shipped by Nexus Cellular that are damaged in transit from Nexus Cellular to the customer. Wrong sales include lost shipments, short shipments, and wrong shipments. The customer shall request a Return Authorization within 5 business days of receipt of such a product. The customer will receive either a replacement or store credit for the purchase price.

Note: For all authorized returns, Nexus Cellular must receive the product no later than 15 calendar days from the date of the Return Authorization number issuance.
